Roadmap

Direction,
not deadlines

Dates indicate where we currently aim to focus — they are planning targets, not promises. Items are delivered when their implementation justifies it, not when a calendar does.

  1. 2026 — Foundations

    Building the base

The year of visible, inspectable groundwork.

    • Official website — available
    • Whitepaper — published
    • Brand identity & public documentation — in development
    • Community foundations — planned: official channels, contribution guidelines, code of conduct
    • Security baseline — ongoing: account protection, repository hygiene, operational discipline
  2. 2027 — First Products

    Shipping the first tools

The year the "Build" pillar of our mission produces its first user-facing results.

    • First AI tools — planned: small, useful, security-reviewed releases rather than a large platform
    • Developer resources — planned: initial documentation and examples
    • Beta programs — planned: early versions opened to community testing
    • Open-source components — planned: released under licenses chosen by suitability
  3. 2028+ — Research Expansion

Maturing the research — or honestly revising it

The horizon where research directions advance when implementation justifies it.

    • Verifiable AI computation — research: toward prototypes, if feasibility is demonstrated
    • Distributed infrastructure — research: architectures for open, resilient AI workloads
    • Governance mechanisms — research: informed by community growth
    • Expanded ecosystem components — planned/research: some may accelerate, others may be redefined or set aside — and we will say which

Status over schedule

A delayed milestone is an update; inaccurate progress reporting erodes trust.

Public tracking

Progress is recorded in our public repositories — where anyone can verify it.

Revision without spin

When plans change — and some will — we say what changed and why, in plain language.
